Renewables Infrastructure Group Planning Further Equity Placing (ALLISS)
LONDON (Alliance News) – The Renewables Infrastructure Group Ltd on Tuesday said it is planning to raise further funding from its equity placing programme.
The company, which invests in renewable energy infrastructure projects, said the fundraising will likely take the form of placing of shares and will be closed in early November. It said further details on the pricing of the shares and the amount to be raised will be given in due course.
Under the current placing programme, launched in December 2014, the company still has up to 16.0 million shares still available for issue.
The group also said the impact of potential reforms in the UK in response to international changes made to Base Erosion and Profit Shifting tax treatment will not have a material impact on the company.
Shares in the company were down 0.8% to 99.90 pence on Tuesday.
