Bulgaria parliament to hold regular sitting
Sofia. Bulgarian parliament will hold a regular sitting on Friday.
The Bulgarian lawmakers will continue the debates on the amendments to the Tax and Social Insurance Procedure Code.
The amendments filed by the Council of Ministers introduce the regulations of the European directive concerning the realisation of automatic exchange of financial information.
The amendments to the Tax and Social Insurance Procedure Code are divided into three major groups, which are, as follows: specifying the active regulations with the purpose to optimise the process on the calculation of the taxes and the obligatory insurance instalments and easing the inter-institutional cooperation; improvement of the legal regimes on forcible collection of the public receipts and boosting the collectability rate; synchronisation and standardisation of the legal regulations on the collection of state and private receipts and amendments to the National Revenue Agency Act, connected with the functional competences of the agency in the public receipts collection.
