PAYMENT OF THE ANNUAL FEE
The Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver announces that as from 2nd April 2014 the payment of the annual fee of three hundred and fifty euros (€350) for the years 2011 and 2014 will be done only through the Department’s website www.mcit.gov.cy/drcor and through JCCsmart.
NO payment of the annual fee for the years 2011 and 2014 will be possible at the Department’s Cashiers office.
Electronic payment will be effected for the following:
· €350 for 2011.
· €350 for 2014 until 30/06/2014.
· €385 from 01/07/2014 until 31/08/2014.
· €490 from 01/09/2014 until 30/11/2014.
The annual fee of €350 for 2014 is payable only by companies incorporated from 01/07/2013 – 30/06/2014.
