A leaked Senate report has just been revealed by the ABC, noting calls for the ATO to expose large and multi-national companies that have significantly minimised their tax income in Australia. It’s the latest development amid mounting pressure on companies to meet new transfer pricing (TP) regulations.
TP documentation requirements have taken centre-stage in light of these regulations.
