Azerbaijani-American agreement on FATCA ratified

Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Milli Majlis has ratified today the most important international agreement in the tax area.

On the last day of its work the parliamentarians of the fourth convocation approved the Agreement on Compliance & Improvement of Compliance with the Tax Requirements of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) between Azerbaijan and the United States.

The MPs also ratified the Agreement on Double Taxation with San Marino.
