UAE ratifies DTAs with Albania and Chile

President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a number of federal decrees ratifying a number of agreements concluded with the governments of friendly countries. The decrees have been published in the recent issue of the federal official gazette, reports the Gulf Today.

Sheikh Khalifa issued Federal Decrees 37 and 38 for 2015 ratifying an agreement to avoid double taxation and prevent tax evasion with Albania and Chile respectively.

Sheikh Khalifa also issued federal decrees 32, 33, 34 and 35 for 2015 ratifying agreements for air transport services with Mozambique, Benin, Barbados and Cyprus respectively. He issued a Federal Decree No 36 for 2015 ratifying an agreement to encourage and reciprocally protect investment with Greece.
