Armenia renews treaty to exempt double taxation with Belarus
YEREVAN. – Armenia has renewed a treaty to exempt double taxation with Belarus during the Cabinet’s meeting on Thursday.
In particular, the treaty envisages regulation of the residency of legal entities in the case of dual residency. The procedure for the exchange of information constituting bank secrecy has been specified.
The agreement to exclude double taxation between Armenia and Belarus has been in force since January 1, 2002.
