Qatar’s Emir to approve an agreement for visa cancellation with Romania

Qatar’s Emir, HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, ratified a draft agreement on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income between Qatar and South Africa as well as its attached draft protocol, which were signed in Pretoria on March 6, 2015. The Emir also issued an instrument of ratification to approve a draft agreement on cancellation of visa for holders of diplomatic and private passports between Qatar and Romania signed in Doha on May 3, 2015, reports QNA.
