Cyprus and San Marino sign double taxation avoidance agreement
Cyprus and San Marino have signed a double taxation avoidance agreement.
The agreement, which further enhances the relations between the two states, was signed between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus and San Marino, Ioannis Kasoulides and Nicola Renzi, who held a tete – a – tete meeting before the signing of the agreement.
The Cypriot Minister said that this agreement is a very good step in the relations between the two countries.
In addition, according to PIO, Minister Kasoulides held the past few days a series of separate meetings with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Greece, Georgia, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium and Serbia as well as with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Moldova and Deputy Foreign Minister of Italy, in the framework of their participation in the 127th Meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe that took place in Nicosia.
The meetings focused on bilateral relations, international and regional developments as well as the Cyprus issue. Minister Kasoulides briefed his European counterparts on the latest developments regarding the Cyprus negotiations aiming at reunifying Cyprus under a federal political system.
